Frank Gargano is born and raised in Staten Island and has taught over 10,000 hours of golf instruction in his career. Frank attended Susan E Wagner high school, where in his senior year he was awarded the Wingate Heisman given to the best high school golfer in NYC. Frank then attended SUNY Delhi where he received a bachelors degree in Business and Professional Golf Management as well as competed on the collegiate level for their golf team. After graduation, Frank was hired as an Assistant Golf Professional at Richmond County Country Club where he worked for six seasons. In 2022, Frank opened Shot Shaver Golf, a four simulator practice facility in the heart of our island. Frank has a passion for growing our game both locally and abroad with his social media channels surpassing 175,000 followers across all platforms. (@ShotShaverGolf). This past fall, Frank has also accepted the position of Head Men's Golf Coach for the Wagner College Division 1 golf program.
