Sleepy Hollow's guest policy permits three advance bookings per day. I can add up to two additional guests within 48 hours of the session. To accommodate this, please add your name to the waitlist on the day you wish to attend.
Cancellation policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged the full amount unless the cancellation is due to an emergency.
Our club policy is that members have priority over guests when booking appointments.
If the member requests a time more than 24 hours in advance that a guest has booked, the member gains priority.
