Coach Mo Gesualdi is an accomplished and highly recognized golf instructor and coach who serves as the Director of Instruction at St. Johns Golf & CC and The Golf Academy at St. Johns. She continues to continually elevate her teaching and coaching with certifications and continued education from the PGA, LPGA, and TPI, where she has made a significant impact on both junior and adult players alike. Recently, she was awarded the 2025 North Florida Section PGA Youth Development Coach of the Year, the 2024 Troon Coach of the Year, and the 2024 North Florida Chapter PGA Youth Player Development Coach of the Year, highlighting her dedication and success in coaching.

Coach Mo's passion for golf is deeply rooted in her own experiences as a junior golfer, and she is particularly passionate about junior development, helping young players reach their full potential. She also dedicates herself to helping women enter, enjoy, and stay in the game, as well as supporting adults in improving their mind-body connection to enhance their overall enjoyment of the game. In addition to offering lessons and clinics, Coach Mo provides TPI Body Assessments, which evaluate a player's range of motion and its impact on their game. She works with a team of fitness and medical professionals to help her students enhance their physical performance to complement their golf skills.

Throughout her career, Coach Mo has mentored and coached numerous successful players. Notable achievements include coaching the 2022 First Coast Women's Am champion to a (-5) total score and an eight-stroke victory, as well as guiding multiple players to national championships and state-level success and scholarships to play Division ! and II golf.

Coach Mo's golf journey is truly remarkable. She had a standout junior and high school career, earning two-time AJGA All-American honors and multiple Player of the Year awards. A back-to-back Women's Western Junior Champion in 2002 and 2003, she shares this honor with legends like Nancy Lopez. In recognition of her exceptional talent, Coach Mo was named Athlete of the Decade for Girl's Golf in the 2000s by the St. Augustine Record. Her success continued at Furman University, where she received a full scholarship, competed in two NCAA National Championships, and led the Paladins to victory in the 2004 Lady Paladin tournament. During that event, she set the 36-hole record of (-5), a record she held for 10 years

Beyond her on-course achievements, Coach Mo is a survivor of a transplant and a fungal infection in her brain, experiences that have shaped her extraordinary resilience. Her strength off the course has translated into coaching, where she instills the same determination and mental toughness in her players, guiding them to overcome challenges both on and off the green. Coach Mo is committed to getting more women into and enjoying golf, ensuring juniors develop properly with the right guidance, and helping adults learn how to make their body and schedules work for golf, so they can fully enjoy the game for years to come. Her holistic approach to coaching ensures that each individual can reach their full potential, both on and off the course.
