Reservation Policy:
To reserve a simulator bay you must create an account and have a card on file. Create Account.
Hourly reservation is per simulator bay, not per person.
Your card will not be charged until after your reservation.
Please inspect all of your clubs and shoes to make sure they are clean before entering the simulator bay.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in with our staff. After your reservation, check out at the service counter.
You may reserve up to 5 hours. For large groups, multiple bays, or private events please call ahead: 231-421-1633
For course-play, we recommend booking at least one hour per person to play 18 holes. Larger groups may require a little extra time.
Trackman Accounts Setup
First time Trackman users, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to learn the technology.

No Show Policy:
All reservations will be honored for the first 20 minutes. After 20 minutes with no check-in, your reservation will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged for 1 hour.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend your reserved time, please call ahead to move or cancel. We prefer you to call 24 hours in advance, but understand that life happens.
Cancellations are tracked. Accounts with frequent or recurring cancellations will be subject to restrictions such as requiring prepayment or even account suspension.
