Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance

If you do not see a time available for your day click "choose service" and change to private room to see available times.

• Price is per bay, per hour (not per person)
• For optimal play, we recommend up to 4 players per bay
• Maximum of 6 players per bay; groups larger than 6 must reserve multiple bays. If more than 6 players are seen playing additional fees will incur
• Spectators are welcome in the bay area; only active players will count towards player limit and fees
• Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to check in and get set up.

Cancellations
Reservations canceled 24  hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.
No-shows (or arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice) will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get set up.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so we can honor bookings after yours.
Late arrivals are charged for the full reserved time, regardless of how much play time remains.

CHILDREN'S PARTIES & YOUTH GROUPS

Children's birthday parties, youth groups, team celebrations, camps, and other organized events involving minors must be disclosed at the time of booking.

A minimum of one (1) supervising adult is required for every five (5) children and (1) supervising adult is required PER BAY. Failure to disclose a children's event may result in the reservation being modified, terminated, or future bookings being restricted.

All groups involving minors are subject to The Birdie Bar's Children's Parties & Group Events Policy.
