Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your start time to avoid fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours of your reservation will be charged 100% of the booking fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved booking time. Play time begins at the scheduled time, not at time of arrival. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up. Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and the bay may be released.
