Elite Spring Training – What to Expect
This 5-week Elite Spring Training series is designed specifically for advanced girls who are serious about developing their game at a higher level. The focus of this training is not just on skills, but on how and when to apply those skills in real game situations.
Athletes will train in a high-intensity, detail-oriented environment where every rep has purpose. Each 75-minute session will be structured to maximize development through a combination of elite skill work, game concepts, competitive reps, and basketball IQ training.
Throughout the five weeks, athletes can expect to work on:
• Advanced ball handling and footwork designed to create space and control pace
• Game-speed scoring moves and counters from multiple spots on the floor
• Reading defenders and making the right decisions in live situations
• Situational basketball concepts such as attacking advantages, spacing, and timing
• Defensive pressure and competitive drills that force athletes to think and react quickly
• Small-sided game play and controlled live reps to apply concepts immediately
These sessions will emphasize game realism, accountability, and intensity. Athletes will be pushed to train at a pace that mirrors what is required to perform at higher levels of basketball.
The goal is to help athletes build:
• Confidence in their skill set
• Faster decision making
• Better understanding of game concepts
• Consistency under pressure
Because this is an elite training environment, the group will be intentionally kept small to ensure athletes receive high-quality reps, coaching feedback, and maximum development opportunities.
This training is ideal for athletes who want to separate themselves through work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving their game.
