Join Kelly Plaisier for a 5-week training program designed specifically for high school girls. All skill levels are welcome—Kelly will tailor the training to meet each athlete’s individual needs. We’ll meet outdoors for 1.5 hours on five Wednesday mornings this summer, leading up to the start of the high school season.
