Morgan is the Director of Instruction at Topgolf Allen, and a member of the PGA of America's PGM Associate program. He was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana and grew up around the game of golf. Morgan's experience around sports is diverse. Aside from playing golf since childhood, he also excelled as a sprinter for the University of Louisiana Monroe. 

Morgan's passion for coaching started as a high school football coach at Airline High School in Bossier City after graduating from college. Morgan joined the team at Topgolf in 2020. During this time he ran both the Topgolf Leagues as well as the Summer Academy for junior golfers at Topgolf Dallas. He has also overseen the Dallas venue's junior golf program since 2021. In 2023, he accepted the position as Director of Instruction and Topgolf Allen where he currently oversees the golf instruction program.
