Rory serves as the Director of Instruction at Topgolf Cleveland.  He has been teaching golf for over 20 years, and loves helping players enjoy the game more—whether that means hitting it farther, scoring better, or just feeling more confident on the course.  After playing collegiately at Baldwin Wallace University, he got his start at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, working with golfers from all over and learning how to adapt his coaching style to different swings and skill levels. From there, he spent the bulk of his time with GOLFTEC, where he dug into swing technology and used data-driven coaching to help players make real, lasting improvements.
With experience as a Certified Fitter for Callaway Golf and at Windmill Golf Center in Macedonia, Rory integrates coaching and club fitting to help golfers sharpen their swings and play with gear that genuinely suits them.

No matter who he is working with, Rory's goal is simple: keep things fun, keep things practical, and help you play better golf one step at a time.
