Ben’s coaching is grounded in practical, research-informed training that holds up where it matters most: in competition, under pressure, and over time. With well over 5,000 lessons taught since 2021, his approach blends biomechanics, motor learning, and psychology to make improvement simpler, faster, and more repeatable.

Ben has been in the golf industry for more than 14 years as a player, competitor, and coach. A former college golfer, he began his teaching career at the Scott Dirck Golf Academy, where he led junior development programs and worked with players of all ages before moving into full-time instruction. Since then he has built one of the highest-performing instruction programs within the Topgolf network—ranking among the top five coaches globally in lessons taught since 2022.

His coaching philosophy starts with solid fundamentals and a personalized understanding of cause and effect, including how each player’s unique swing tendencies produce specific results and how to adjust those tendencies effectively. He builds this foundation into a repeatable, pressure-ready motion that matches each player’s style, strengths, and ability.
