• Suite rental fee is per Suite and not per player. Suites accommodate a maximum of four people

Entering Facility:

• Facility can "ONLY" be accessed upon a valid reservation.  
• Unlock the front entrance door using your Service Confirmation email. Click the "OPEN DOOR" button in the email to unlock
• Access door code is valid 15 minute before and after your tee session

Facility Code of Conduct:

• Please ensure the below guest waivers are signed by your guest

• As a reminder of our code of conduct and respect for other guests, please keep noise to a minimum and clean up prior to leaving. No alcohol permitted.
• For our users and the security of the facility, 24 hour video surveillance is in effect inside and outside the facility.
  

Cancellation:

• No cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead of your tee time. 
• All cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled tee time will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. For members using value pack hours, the time will be automatically credited back to your account. 
• Refund - Please allow 5 to 10 days for this to be reflected back on your payment method
