X-Golf Brooklyn

X-Golf Brooklyn simulator reservations may be booked in person, over the phone, or online via the X-Golf Brooklyn USchedule portal. Reservations for the general public may be made up to 7 days in advance. - Maximum golfers per bay: 6 golfers. - Maximum reservation capacity: 7 guests. - Maximum bay capacity: 10 guests. The guest or “host” booking the reservation is required to provide their first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information to be held on file. Guests must be 18 and older to book a simulator reservation at X-Golf Brooklyn. Any guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Credit Card Holding Policy All reservations require a held credit card on file to book. Held credit cards will not be charged upon booking a reservation, however X-Golf Brooklyn may charge any held credit cards in the event of a “no-show” and/or a late reservation cancellations. Cancellation Policy We ask that any cancellations to reservations be made no less than 4 hours prior to reservation. For no-shows or late cancellations, guest will be subject to a fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file. Late Policy In the event that a guest fails to call and inform us that they will be late to their reservation, they will have a 15 minute window to show up for their reservation before it is marked as a “no-show” and cancelled. All “no-shows” will be charged a $25 per person cancellation fee. An attempt to contact all late guests will be made before being marked as “no-show”.
