Starting Time Policy Your simulator rental fee and time will begin at the time you have reserved here regardless of what time you arrive. Maintenance Policy 5 minutes of each hour of simulator rental time is reserved for change over, cleaning, and servicing the simulator. Cancelation Policy No-Show reservations, and reservations canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged in full. You must call us during normal hours of operation and talk to a staff member to process cancellation. You won't be able to cancel by leaving a voicemail or an email. Credit Card Policy Your credit card is being used only to reserve your rental time and will not be charged at the time of booking. The card on file or any other you would like to use, will be charged at the end of your reservation time along with any food, drink, merchandise or additional time you purchase on your reservation day. The credit card provided here would be charged only after an uncanceled or missed appointment. We do reserve the right to collect a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit for your reservation. Rental Clubs and Discount Codes If redeeming a discount code for a simulator rental or in need of using a set of our rental clubs, please click "Add a Note" enter either the discount code or the type of rental clubs needed. (Ex. "Right Handed Men's Rental Clubs") Rental Clubs are $25 per Set per Reservation! Holiday Pricing Simulator surcharge $10/HR will added in person on President's Day, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Jul 1-4, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Nov 24-27, Dec 24.
