Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy. We value your time and that of our Instructors. In booking your session, you are securing this time and removing its availability for others. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice, to help another receive instruction at that time. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
