The Palm Desert Golf Academy's 45 Minute Stick Mobility class is designed to improve your mobility, stability, and strength in your golf swing. The class focuses on joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching to increase overall performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.

FAIRWAY KIDS AFTER SCHOOL SKILLS SERIES The Fairway Kids “Skills Series” after school performance session is a US Kids level based system that meets for a total of 8 golf lessons: Skills/Fundamentals Classes, Rules and Etiquette Class, and Playing Lessons. Emphasis will be placed on students being grouped by skill levels. All sessions are from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. Golf clubs will be provided if needed. 4:1 student to teacher ratio. 8 week session.
